Client Testimonial

Veronique supported the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with 10+ coaching sessions for their staff learning and development programme. The coaching sessions were delivered before and after the participants’ creative residency to support them to make the most of their time away. Participants noted the value of coaching sessions as dedicated space to think issues and topics through, expand their perspectives and thinking models, and develop some self-coaching questions. Many reported increased awareness of how things affect them emotionally and creatively during different stages of their projects, and how this plays into creative blocks or practical challenges.

Janine Matheson, Research & Engagement Team, Innovation Studio, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland said:

“It was a wonderful experience bringing in Veronique to support our Innovation Studio Staff Micro Residency, offering all residents coaching support before and after their time at Cove Park. Veronique approached this work with care and thoughtfulness and not only supported the group witha detailed onboarding process and 1-2-1s but also expertly guided me through the process. We received an insightful summary report with recommendations at the end of the project which will inspire further support into future residencies. Thank you Veronique!”.
